Our well-being sessions are a great way to connect with new friends, get outdoors, enjoy some blue/green therapy, and press your reset button.

In our busy lives it’s so important to take time for ourselves, to create a toolkit of things that make us feel good so we can use them whenever we want or need.
Sessions include activities that will help you switch off from the daily routine, take a little time out, and let you breath! A swim/dip/paddle, mini beach clean, beach treasure hunting, rockpooling, sand/pebble art, camp fire, mindfulness activities. We try to vary these depending on conditions, tide and venue.
There’s no pressure to take part in every activity – the whole session is based on enjoyment so you participate at whatever level you feel like on the day.

These sort of sessions are aimed at everyone. Young & old, able bodied & less able, people with any sort of neurodivergence, ALN, anxieties, stresses – everyone!

Weekly on Tuesdays 9am - 11am

Venues for these sessions are set the day before and could be Dale, St Brides, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Druidston, Nolton or Newgale. Venues are chosen with participants in mind.

Directions: Directions & where to meet will be sent the day before your session. If you book less than 24hrs from the start, please call us so we can get the information to you.

Regular Swimmers

If you're a regular swimmer with us, take advantage of reduced prices by pre-paying for you swims. You can then book many swims at a reduced rate whenever you want.
